For Domestic orders – Delivery of all domestic orders is completed within 5-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• Vintage Bihar will not be responsible for damage after delivery.
• Any claims for shortages or damages at the time of delivery, must be reported to the customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
• If any shipping and handling charges are to be added to the order, the customer will know about it at the time of check out, before making payments.
• For Cash on Delivery Orders – 5-7 business days for all locations in India. (Monday to Saturday). For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days.
