RefundsWe offer refunds only in the following situations:

Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us at ceo@vintagebihar.com or rajeev@vintagebihar.com within 7 days of receiving the item with details and photographs of the issue. We will assess the issue and may request additional information, if necessary. If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase price or send a replacement, as per your preference.
  2. Wrong Item Shipped: If you received a wrong item in your order, please contact us at ceo@vintagebihar.com or rajeev@vintagebihar.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will verify the issue and may request you to return the wrong item. Once we receive the returned item, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase price or send the correct item, as per your preference.

Please note that all refunds are processed to the original method of payment and may take a certain amount of time to be credited.ExchangeWe do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund as per the refund policy mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.Non-Refundable ItemsThe following situations do not qualify for a refund:
